A bit more about us:

I (Dylan) grew up in Milledgeville, and moved to Tennessee to work in Great Smoky Mountains National Park in 2013 . It’s there I met my wife Kensey (a native of Atlanta). We spent the next 8 years working in outdoor education, first in Utah and then back in the Smokies again.

In 2021, my family approached us about moving back to Milledgeville and taking over my great aunt Dottie's store. We were expecting our first child, Sawyer at the time, and decided that this was the time to try an entirely new direction in life. Throughout our travels, we have always been grounded by the wonderful people surrounding us, and we decided it was time to return home to Milledgeville and to the community and family that we have here. We are excited about continuing to help Huff’s Market meet the needs of every person who comes through the door.

Huff's has all of the staples of your traditional corner market with as many locally sourced products as possible. We serve Dottie’s famous sausage biscuits every morning, as well as our (not quite yet) famous biscuit bites. Whether it is served with breakfast, lunch, or sold in the grocery section, meat is sourced from C&B Processing or local farms, including, Rocking A Farm, Liberty Farms, and Hadden Farms. Delicious dairy products (milk, cheese, and ice cream) come from Rock House Creamery in Madison, GA.

We are finding new local partners everyday and look forward to bringing Georgia grown items to Milledgeville. We hope to hear from the members of our community what they would like to see at the store, and we will do our best to bring it to y'all.
